Happy belated New Year!! Happy 2019!!
How have you been?! Hope you had an amazing time during Holidays, Christmas and all the NYE partying and celebrations.
I'm back, after 1 month that was supposed to be a holiday break but ended up being not the most amazing festive time (laughing just for thinking about it) instead of packing for holidays I got stuck home for 3 weeks, no stepping outside... trying to recover from another virus that got me after being sick with cold and cough for almost a month!!
When I thought I was starting to get rid of the strong cold and coughing another virus decided to join, lol
This for saying that I had no strength or mind set to come here, or do whatever... well, I tried to get the most of it, watching Netflix more than ever :)
I'm glad that now I'm feeling much better and hopefully just 1 week more to feel fully recovered!
Seems that 2018 was definitely a tricky year for me, being sick, feeling ill and in recovering for the most part of it... but, still can't look back with sad feelings... between all the health struggles there were so many good things I've learned, a new me in discover, a different ways of living and feeling HAPPY!!
For the New Year I choose JOY!! from inside to the world :)
Now that I've told you about my little "unexpected" break lol let's talk about my first look of this new year!!

You already know by now the many pretty and cool shoes I've found while browsing OVERCUBE, and now they are on sale!! hard to resist, right?!
For a while I was looking for some high knee boots that's why I've picked these ones, and thought how lovely they might look with midi dresses and skirts.
So, here I am with my new pair of high knee boots and my midi plaid dress for my first day out, in the city, this year!
Paired with another one of my crushes, brown and tan shades for coats, this is a new addition, a puffer that I was eyeing for a while and how glad I was to finally be able to take it out for the first time.
Maybe a puffer, would not be my first choice for this kind of look but, once I put them together I really liked the mix, so why not? and it sure helps to get extra warm during the January Winter :)
